Performance Marketing Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute high-impact performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Display, and Affiliate networks.
Identify target audiences and craft tailored campaigns to drive conversions, maximize ROI, and achieve business goals.
2. Paid Media Management
Oversee PPC, social media advertising, retargeting, programmatic display, and affiliate campaigns.
Optimize budgets and bids across platforms to achieve KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and CTR.
3. Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and WhatsApp marketing analytics.
Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
4. Audience Research & Segmentation
Conduct deep analysis of customer data to define and segment target audiences.
Leverage demographic, behavioral, and interest-based targeting for personalized campaign delivery.
5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Partner with sales, design, and content teams to ensure strategic and creative alignment across all campaigns.
Liaise with external agencies and media partners to drive cohesive execution.
6. Budget Management
Plan, allocate, and monitor advertising budgets to ensure cost efficiency and performance optimization.
Prevent overspending while maintaining consistent ROI growth.
7. Market Awareness & Innovation
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, emerging ad technologies, and platform updates.
Implement innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge in performance marketing.
