About the Role:

ThriveCo is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. This is an analytical & execution-driven role where you'll be at the centre of how our digital campaigns run from ads and creatives to affiliates and partnerships.

Your role will involve keeping campaigns on track, maintaining hygiene across platforms, monitoring performance, and ensuring flawless coordination between internal teams and external partners. You'll get the opportunity to work closely with experts on Meta and Google Ads, collaborate with creative and content teams, and play a vital role in ensuring our campaigns deliver as planned.

It's a role that combines analytical thinking, creative judgment, and coordination skills, making it dynamic and never repetitive. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn, you'll enjoy the exposure this role provides across multiple areas of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Monitoring Track digital campaigns across platforms, monitor key metrics, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Platform Hygiene Maintain campaign hygiene on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and affiliate platforms (Gpay, PhonePe, Paytm etc.) so performance data and execution stay clean and error-free.
  • Creative & Content Coordination Work with creative teams, agencies, and partners to ensure smooth and timely operations.
  • Cross-Functional Follow-Ups Coordinate with product, content, and tech teams to ensure campaigns, and offers are aligned and executed correctly.
  • Performance Tracking Assist in tracking campaign results, keeping performance sheets updated, and flagging insights or issues to the team.
  • Partner Collaboration Maintain regular contact with external partners and agencies to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of running performance marketing (ecommerce) on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Excel.
  • Knowledge: Having worked with ecommerce performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate).
  • Skills: Analytical mindset, extreme attention to detail, and strong follow-up ability.
  • Work Ethic: Highly committed, extremely curious, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic campaign needs.
  • Communication: Comfortable working with agencies, external partners, and cross-functional teams.
