KPS Construction is a growing civil and interior contracting company delivering premium-quality residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a dynamic and creative Full-Time Digital Marketer to help build our brand presence and showcase our work across digital platforms.

Job Responsibilities

Manage and grow all company social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn

Shoot high-quality photos and videos of ongoing projects, interiors, materials, and site activities

Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and marketing content

Edit videos and photos for digital campaigns

Develop social media content strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness

Provide voiceovers, on-camera presentation, or influencer-style content when required

Monitor analytics and optimize digital performance

Visit project sites regularly for content creation

Work closely with management and design teams to maintain a consistent brand presence

Requirements

Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation

Photography and videography skills are a strong plus

Good video editing and graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)

Confident personality with influencer-like qualities

Comfortable appearing on camera, speaking, acting, or giving voiceovers

Understanding of social media trends and algorithms

Ability to work full-time on-site in Pune

Creativity, punctuality, and effective communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the construction, interior, or real-estate industry

Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, Google Ads, or digital strategy
