Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Hybrid Hyderabad/Bangalore/Pune

Experience: 3-5 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with strong hands-on experience in SEO and organic growth, along with exposure to performance marketing, lead generation, website optimization, analytics, and email marketing. Experience working with US markets and B2B technology-driven industries such as SaaS, IT services, and data & analytics is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute SEO initiatives including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research, content gap analysis, competitor benchmarking, and search intent analysis to drive SEO-led growth.
  • Implement SEO recommendations directly on the website via CMS, including metadata optimization, internal linking, content updates, landing pages, and basic technical fixes.
  • Monitor and optimize organic performance (rankings, traffic, conversions) using Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools.
  • Support execution of integrated digital marketing initiatives across organic, paid, website, and email channels aligned with business objectives and funnel stages.
  • Support performance marketing and lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads, with a focus on landing page optimization and conversion tracking.
  • Optimize landing pages for UX, messaging, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Ensure accurate tracking and measurement, including implementation of tracking pixels, tags, and conversion events using Google Tag Manager and ad platforms.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering SEO, traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI with actionable insights.
  • Support email marketing initiatives including newsletters, drip campaigns, and lead nurturing programs.
  • Collaborate closely with design, content, sales, and tech teams, requiring strong written and verbal communication.
  • Take ownership of assigned initiatives from planning to execution to reporting.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience handling US or global markets, with understanding of regional audience behavior, competition, and compliance.
  • Prior experience in technology services, IT consulting, SaaS, data analytics, cloud, or similar B2B industries.
  • Experience with B2B demand generation, ABM-style campaigns, and long sales cycles.
  • Experience running LinkedIn Ads and Google Search campaigns targeting international audiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid analytical skills with experience in GA4, GSC, GTM, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to implement website and landing page changes using CMS platforms.
  • Experience with performance marketing and lead generation campaigns.
  • Experience supporting email marketing and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Understanding conversion funnels and CRO best practices.
  • Technology education background (Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred).
  • Experience in US markets and B2B technology industries (IT services, data/analytics) is a strong plus.
