This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive based in Kolkata. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing and executing marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, crafting and publishing engaging web content, overseeing social media marketing strategies, and analyzing web performance data to drive optimization. The role also includes working closely with team members to achieve organizational marketing goals and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Marketing and Communication to effectively develop and execute innovative campaigns and strategies
• Experience in Social Media Marketing and Web Content Writing for creating and managing engaging digital content
• Knowledge of Web Analytics to track, analyze, and report on online performance data
• Ability to use digital and marketing tools to optimize campaigns
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the beauty, fashion, or wellness industry will be an advantage
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
