Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is passionate about digital strategy and wants to play a pivotal role in shaping the brand presence of a tech-driven company. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to elevate brand visibility, generate quality leads, and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and visibility.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid and organic campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Google, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Search Console.
  • Manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase site traffic.
  • Coordinate with design and development teams for landing pages, creative assets, and campaign support.
  • Generate performance reports with actionable insights and continuously optimize based on KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, digital tools, and emerging technologies to ensure best practices.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with digital tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing, content creation, and performance marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and web analytics best practices.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Bonus Points For
  • Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google, HubSpot, Meta).
  • Experience working with B2B technology or SaaS companies.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc.).
  • Ability to shoot/edit short videos or manage basic design using Canva/Figma.
