We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive who is passionate about lead generation campaigns, content marketing, and brand building for premium residential real estate projects. You will work directly with our in-house marketing team to run live Meta & Google Ads, track performance, and support branding activities.

• Plan, execute & optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Lead Gen campaigns
• Assist in Google Ads campaigns (Search + Display + Retargeting)
• Manage social media posting, engagement & page hygiene
• Coordinate with creative teams for reels, graphics & videos
• Track lead flow, cost per lead, campaign ROI in daily reports
• Research competition and market trends in real estate marketing
• Support marketing events, BTL activities & influencer collaborations
• Ensure timely communication with Sales team for lead quality updates

• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
• Strong understanding of social media platforms & ad objectives
• Creative mindset with good communication skills
• Excel / Google Sheets knowledge for reporting
• Eagerness to learn CRM, Analytics, and real estate marketing tools

Good to Have (Not Mandatory):

• Canva designing/video editing
• Google Analytics / Tracking knowledge
• Experience with any marketing internship

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or equivalent
• (Freshers or 01 year experience can apply)
