Summary
This is a performance first role. The person will run paid demand generation across Google, Meta, YouTube and LinkedIn. Alongside that, they will execute SEO and AIO work hands-on.
Responsibilities
Performance marketing
- plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across search, social and video.
- manage budgets, monitor CAC, ROAS and take scale/cut decisions.
- Run campaign on email marketing, and WhatsApp marketing.
- build dashboards and reports.
SEO + AIO (execution)
- run keyword research and map search intent.
- execute AIO style content workflows end to end.
- publish and optimise pages for rankings and conversions.
- track ranking movements, implement fixes and drive organic growth.
Skills
- hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- strong with GA4, GSC and GTM.
- understands CPL, CAC, ROAS.
- can independently create AIO optimised content that ranks.
