Balveer Engineering is a leading manufacturer of plastic waste grinder, shredder, and dryer machines. With a strong presence in the sustainable waste management industry, we are expanding our digital outreach to drive lead generation and market presence. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will take ownership of our digital brand, campaigns, and performance-based marketing.
Design, plan, and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate quality leads through platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.
Manage and optimize SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) strategies to improve online ranking and traffic.
Strategically run and manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) with regular, engaging content.
Generate content for blogs, newsletters, email marketing, product guides, and client case studies to support inbound and outbound marketing.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive positioning, and customer preferences.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and implement data-driven improvements to enhance ROI and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads and marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, video content, etc.).
Plan and coordinate webinars, virtual demos, exhibitions, and industry events for customer engagement and brand exposure.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline marketing materials.
Work with cross-functional teams (sales, product, service) to align marketing activities with business goals.
Define, track, and report on KPIs such as cost-per-lead, engagement rate, conversion rate, and campaign ROI.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in industrial/B2B sectors).
Strong hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Email marketing tools, and social media marketing.
Excellent command over content writing, marketing automation, and lead nurturing.
Knowledge of tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, or CRM platforms is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on results.
Ability to multi-task, manage campaigns independently, and work under deadlines.
