Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Create and implement social media strategies, managing social media channels, and develop engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Manage the content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
  • Writing short format content and copies for organic social channels and paid marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices.
  • Will also be responsible for analysing social media performance metrics and staying up to date with social media trends and best practices, create report and analyse to create effective communication
  • Work collaboratively with internal design and digital teams to execute creative concepts and marketing strategies
  • Monitor competitors social media and influencer
  • Understanding of paid mediums is an add-on
  • Monitor the comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels and collaborate with the ORM agency.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to create partnerships and campaigns that align with our objectives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital marketing channels.

Preferred candidate profile:

3-4 years of relevant experience in the advent field -Digital Marketing

Skills Required:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Creativity, with the ability to develop engaging content and campaigns.
  • Experience with social media tools and analytics.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Excellent Communicator and a people-oriented person who enjoys teamwork
  • Should be well-versed with kind of images and videos to create social media content
  • Someone who will drive projects independently and takes responsibility for the work
  • Must have a good understanding of social media, audience community, trends etc
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of healthcare sector is a plus
