Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative, analytical, and ambitious professional who is passionate about driving online growth and brand presence across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

Conduct keyword research to optimize website content and landing pages.

Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.

Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO performance metrics.

Paid Digital Campaigns:

Plan, implement, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

Monitor and optimize ad budgets, bids, audience targeting, and creative assets to maximize ROI.

Prepare and analyze performance reports for all paid activities.

Email Marketing:

Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

Maintain mailing lists, segment audiences, and ensure GDPR compliance.

Analyze open rates, click rates, and other relevant metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.

Content Marketing & Social Media:

Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging blog posts, infographics, and videos.

Manage company presence on social media platforms including post scheduling, community management, and engagement.

Analyze and report social media performance.

Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights.

Provide regular reports to management, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Other DM Initiatives:

Assist with influencer collaborations, affiliate marketing, and partnership management.

Stay updated with current digital marketing trends, industry updates, and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in digital marketing (1-3 years preferred).

Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Creative thinking with a passion for results.
