Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience running digital campaigns, understands the basics of SEO and paid advertising, and is excited about leveraging AI tools to optimize marketing performance. You will work closely with senior strategists and account managers to execute campaigns across multiple client verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads for client accounts
Manage and schedule social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X)
Create and optimize email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot
Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Meta Ads Manager
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for clients
Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with designers and content writers to create platform-optimised creatives
Support senior team members in strategy presentations and client communications
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and AI-driven marketing tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, SEMrush) are a strong plus
Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads Manager
Working knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Ubersuggest
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for landing page edits is an advantage
Experience with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite)
Comfortable using Canva or similar tools for basic creative asset creation
AI & Emerging Tools
Exposure to AI-powered marketing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, or Claude) for content and ad copywriting
Understanding of AI-driven analytics or automation tools is a bonus
Soft Skills
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously without compromising quality
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced agency environment
Team player who can also work independently when needed
Experience Requirements
Google/Meta Ads : Minimum 1 year of hands-on campaign management
Analytics & Reporting : Comfortable reading GA4 data and building simple reports
Agency Experience : Preferred but not mandatory
