Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

Generate high-quality inquiries for commercial properties

Monitor cost per lead, conversions, and overall campaign performance

Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI

Campaign Planning & Execution

Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals

Launch and manage search, display, and social media campaigns

Conduct keyword research and audience targeting

Landing Pages & Conversion Optimization

Coordinate creation and improvement of landing pages

Optimize forms, CTAs, and user journey to increase conversions

A/B test creatives and messaging

Social Media Management

Plan and schedule posts across relevant platforms

Manage inquiries received via social media channels

Monitor trends and competitor activity

Website & SEO Support

Assist with website updates, property listings, and content uploads

Implement basic on-page SEO practices

Track website traffic and user behavior

Analytics & Reporting

Track performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools

Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights

Work closely with the sales team to assess lead quality

Creative Coordination

Coordinate with designers for ad creatives and marketing materials

Assist in writing ad copies and campaign messaging
