Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence, with a strong focus on Instagram strategy, reels, and engagement.
- Create, design, and publish engaging content using Canva and other design tools.
- Write compelling and brand-aligned captions, blogs, and content pieces for digital platforms.
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos/reels to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement creative campaigns and new content ideas.
- Monitor social media analytics, track performance, and suggest improvements for better reach and engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms.
- Assist in executing broader digital marketing activities, including email campaigns, SEO basics, and paid ads (added as a plus).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media handling (portfolio or page handling examples preferred).
- Proficiency in Canva and basic design principles.
- Strong content writing and storytelling skills.
- Hands-on experience with video editing tools.
- Ability to shoot and produce high-quality video content.
- Creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh, innovative ideas for social media marketing.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Knowledge of hashtags, trends, and audience engagement techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
