About the Role

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive for a dynamic, execution-led role involving digital marketing operations, campaign support, data coordination, and cross-team collaboration.

The events industry is fast-paced and time-sensitive. This role requires someone comfortable handling multiple responsibilities, adapting to changing priorities, and supporting the team wherever required to ensure successful event delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing, Website & Paid Ads

Execute digital marketing activities across social platforms, including content posting, scheduling, and performance tracking.

Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant channels, aligned with event objectives.

Monitor ad performance, budgets, and key metrics (CTR, CPL, registrations) and support optimization efforts.

Support website maintenance, landing page updates, and coordination with website developers and designers.

Assist with SEO activities including on-page SEO, competitor analysis, link-building support, and coordination on technical SEO tasks.

Track online activity, engagement, and campaign performance.

Campaign & Event Marketing Support

Support marketing campaigns for delegates, sponsors, speakers, and partners.

Assist with marketing campaigns, segmentation, and coordination.

Coordination & Operational Support

Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, designers, developers, and marketing partners to streamline tasks and timelines.

Handle routine and detail-oriented tasks such as CRM updates, client information management, online activity tracking, and campaign support.

Provide marketing and coordination support during live event phases, including extended hours when required (remote or on-ground).

Requirements

12 years of experience in digital marketing, with basic exposure to paid advertising platforms.

Working understanding of:

Social media marketing (especially LinkedIn)

Paid ads fundamentals

Website management and SEO basics

Comfortable handling detail-oriented and time-sensitive tasks.

Strong written communication skills in English.

Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
