We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong content and copywriting skills and hands-on experience in marketing automation tools. The role involves planning, executing, and optimising digital communication journeys across multiple audience segments and personas to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across channels such as email, push notifications, SMS, in-app messages, and web notifications.
- Create high-quality content and persuasive copy for campaigns, landing pages, app notifications, and promotional creatives.
- Manage and execute campaigns using marketing automation platforms such as Clevertap, WebEngage, MoEngage, and Netcore.
- Build user journeys, segmentation, funnels, and lifecycle campaigns to improve conversion and retention.
- Coordinate with design, product, and tech teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics, and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, and journeys to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain brand tone and consistency across all digital communication.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Strong content writing and copywriting skills with attention to clarity, tone, and conversion.
- Proven experience working with marketing automation tools: Clevertap, WebEngage, MoEngage, Netcore (at least one is mandatory)
- Basic understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and personalisation.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, dashboard reporting, and campaign tracking.
- Working knowledge of email marketing, push notifications, SMS, and in-app engagement.
- Ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns based on performance metrics.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience in fintech, broking, trading, or app-based platforms will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, or social media marketing is a plus.
- Basic understanding of HTML for email templates is an added advantage.
- Experience with CRM or CDP platforms.
