Digital Marketing Executive

Job Overview: We seek a dynamic and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative growth strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing funnels, manage digital campaigns, and analyze performance data to fuel our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns to drive leads, bookings, footfall, and sales.
• Manage audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing, budgets, and campaign performance.
• Monitor website performance, tracking, pixels, UTMs, and coordinate on landing page/CRO improvements.
• Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, designers, and editors for timely campaign execution and error-free creative closure.
• Maintain campaign trackers, performance reports, ad references, and key learnings.

Qualifications:

• Seeking a seasoned digital marketing professional with 2-5years of experience in managing and executing successful online campaigns
• Proven experience in performance marketing or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google ads, meta ads, GA4, etc.).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
