Job Description

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Full-Time: 5 Days a Week

Experience: 3+ Years

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Evaluator to assess and validate the expertise of senior digital marketing professionals across multiple disciplines.

This is not a campaign execution role. Your primary responsibility will be reviewing the work, experience, methodologies, case studies, portfolios, and strategic capabilities of marketing professionals to determine whether they meet exceptionally high standards of quality, credibility, and expertise.

You will act as a subject matter expert responsible for identifying genuine excellence and distinguishing it from surface-level knowledge or inflated claims.

Key Responsibilities

Professional Assessment & Review

  • Evaluate experienced digital marketing professionals across various specialties
  • Review portfolios, case studies, client outcomes, campaign strategies, and methodologies
  • Assess the depth of expertise, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Analyze real-world business impact and performance claims
  • Identify inconsistencies, red flags, exaggerated achievements, or gaps in expertise

Quality Assurance & Standards

  • Apply structured evaluation frameworks and scoring methodologies
  • Maintain consistency, fairness, and objectivity throughout assessments
  • Document findings and provide detailed evaluation summaries
  • Ensure quality standards remain exceptionally high

Expertise Validation

Assess expertise across areas, including:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Content Marketing
  • Email Marketing & Automation
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Marketing Strategy & Growth

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated with industry trends, frameworks, and best practices
  • Contribute to improving evaluation criteria and assessment processes
  • Share insights that improve review accuracy and consistency

Requirements

Must Have

  • 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Paid Advertising, Analytics, Social Media, and Marketing Strategy
  • Experience auditing, reviewing, consulting, or managing digital marketing projects
  • Ability to critically assess the quality of work beyond surface-level metrics
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
