Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on LinkedIn marketing, SEO, content creation, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute SEO and SEM strategies to boost web traffic and lead generation
• Create engaging content for blogs, articles, emailers, and case studies
• Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms
• Analyze digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Design and implement LinkedIn marketing strategies including content calendars, campaign execution, and lead generation
• Collaborate with internal teams on brand messaging and digital campaigns

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
• Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
• Understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking and project management abilities
• Experience in content creation and content designing
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

LinkedIn Marketing Expertise

• Experience with LinkedIn Ads (Sponsored Content, Message Ads, etc.)
• Skilled in lead generation via LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Proven success in LinkedIn campaign management and performance tracking
• Experience growing and engaging professional networks
• Hands-on experience in company page management

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
• Background in the pharma industry is a plus (not mandatory)
• Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is an advantage
