About The Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid marketing campaigns across channels including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and others. The role involves executing lead generation and brand awareness campaigns, closely monitoring performance, providing insights through regular reporting, and driving optimizations to achieve business objectives. The candidate will collaborate with internal marketing teams, social media, design, brand, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment of all campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of digital marketing tools, campaign management, analytics, and CRM usage, with a passion for delivering measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Performance Marketing Manager in creating campaign media plans aligned with business goals (lead generation, awareness, engagement).

Execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimizations to achieve CPL, ROI, and engagement targets.

Assist social media team with boosting posts to increase reach and engagement.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on campaign performance, spends, leads, and ROI.

Analyze leads and campaign performance in CRM, ensuring data accuracy and hygiene.

Coordinate with the sales team to collect lead quality feedback and incorporate insights into campaign optimization.

Collaborate with design and brand teams to review campaign creatives and provide constructive feedback for improvements.

Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and collateral while maintaining zero-to-minimum escalation.

Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and new opportunities to drive innovation in performance marketing.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

25 years of experience managing paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.

Strong knowledge of lead generation, CPL, ROAS, and campaign optimization.

Proficiency with ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).

Experience in reporting, analytics, and CRM-based lead tracking.

Excellent coordination and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Good to Have:

Exposure to international campaigns across B2B and B2C.

Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn ads.

Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), SEO, or marketing automation tools.

Experience with A/B testing for ads and landing pages.

Ability to contribute new campaign ideas and creative targeting strategies.
