We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 2+ years of experience who can plan and execute digital campaigns, manage client social media accounts, and deliver measurable impact and strong project execution.
The ideal candidate will also serve as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their goals, managing timelines, and ensuring high-quality delivery across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Social Media: Manage day-to-day social media activities for client brands, content scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and community engagement
- Client Servicing: Act as a point of contact for client communications, ensuring alignment between client expectations and internal deliverables
- Project Management: Oversee timelines, deliverables, and internal coordination across strategy, content, and design teams to ensure smooth execution
- Performance Reporting: Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc., and provide actionable insights
- Strategic Input: Understand client business objectives and craft tailored digital marketing and content solutions
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, client servicing, or account management. Preferably in an agency setup.
- Demonstrated ability to manage social media and paid media campaigns across platforms
- Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Experience in data handling, analytics, and reporting tools
- Familiarity with SEO, influencer marketing, and brand strategy
