Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Executive role based in Hyderabad. The Digital Marketing Executive will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels to drive brand awareness, store footfall, and sales. Responsibilities include managing social media calendars, creating engaging content aligned with campaigns and promotions, and coordinating with design and retail teams for consistent branding. The role also involves tracking and analyzing campaign performance using web analytics tools, preparing regular performance reports, and recommending data-driven improvements. The Digital Marketing Executive will monitor online trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine digital strategies and support overall marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Marketing with experience in planning and executing digital campaigns for retail or consumer brands.
- Effective Communication skills, including the ability to coordinate with internal teams and create clear, audience-focused messaging.
- Practical experience in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, community engagement, and platform-specific best practices.
- Proficiency in Web Content Writing for websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns with attention to brand voice and clarity.
- Hands-on knowledge of Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with basic design or creative tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
