Digital Marketing Executive

About The Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can take ownership of our online marketing activities, generate quality leads, manage digital campaigns, and support the creation of engaging content for our brand. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, creative, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple digital marketing activities, from campaign planning to lead handling and follow-up coordination. We are looking for someone who is execution-focused rather than only theoretical—someone who can plan a campaign, create the content, run advertisements, generate leads, monitor results, and continuously improve performance. Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
• Generate, monitor, and manage leads in coordination with the sales team.
• Create engaging social media content, ad copies, posts, and reels.
• Create and edit short-form marketing videos.
• Manage and update website content and landing pages.
• Manage social media pages and maintain a content calendar.
• Track campaign performance, leads, and conversions.
• Continuously optimise campaigns to improve lead quality and ROI.
  
  

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Prior experience in running Meta lead-generation campaigns is preferred.
• Candidates with practical experience and a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Good content creation and communication skills.
• Creative, analytical, and target-oriented approach.
