Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience or a certified digital marketing course background. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Social Media Marketing and be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.

This is a full-time, on-site role.

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising

• Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
• Run and monitor Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
• Track CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion performance
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

SEO

• Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and content SEO
• Handle website audits, meta tags, internal linking, and indexing
• Monitor rankings and organic traffic using Search Console & Analytics

Social Media Marketing

• Manage and schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
• Plan content calendars and engagement strategies
• Support reel ideas, captions, and campaign creatives

General

• Coordinate with designers and content teams
• Work on client accounts across multiple industries
• Maintain campaign documentation and performance dashboards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in digital marketing OR completion of a digital marketing course

Strong working knowledge of:

• Meta Ads Manager
• Google Ads
• SEO fundamentals
• Social Media Marketing
• Familiarity with:
• Google Analytics
• Google Search Console
• Keyword tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
• Basic understanding of creatives, copywriting, and landing pages
