Digital Marketing Executive Role Overview:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, track, and optimize our Client digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital marketing, a strong analytical mindset, and hands-on experience in running successful online campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Optimize campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Manage company websites and ensure SEO best practices are implemented.

Social Media & Content Marketing

  • Create and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Develop engaging content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts.
  • Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to increase engagement.

SEO & SEM

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
  • Plan and run Google Ads & paid social media campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor and improve website ranking through link-building strategies.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other tools.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize campaigns for better ROI.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports on KPIs, including website traffic, conversion rates, and lead generation.

Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work closely with design, sales, and product teams to align digital strategies with business goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Hands-on experience with content creation, copywriting, and email marketing tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing data.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
