Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented digital marketing executive to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with social media content creation, video production, and basic website management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media calendar aligned with hospital campaigns.
- Create and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, blogs) across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.
- Coordinate with doctors, internal teams, and vendors for photoshoots, videos, and creatives.
- Capture and edit patient testimonials, doctor interactions, and event videos using a mobile phone or DSLR.
- Update and manage website content through WordPress including pages for doctors, services, and events.
- Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles for all branches.
- Gather and post patient testimonials and reviews to strengthen online reputation.
- Track and analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, leads) and share performance reports.
- Assist in running and monitoring paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Respond to online messages, comments, and reviews promptly and professionally.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual and written content.
- Collaborate with clinical and marketing teams for health awareness initiatives and outreach events.
- Keep track of emerging digital marketing trends and tools relevant to healthcare.
- Present monthly digital performance reports with key insights and action points.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 1 year of experience in social media or digital marketing.
- Basic video editing and design skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
- Familiarity with WordPress, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Interest in healthcare and patient engagement.
