Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented digital marketing executive to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with social media content creation, video production, and basic website management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan and maintain a monthly social media calendar aligned with hospital campaigns.
  2. Create and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, blogs) across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.
  3. Coordinate with doctors, internal teams, and vendors for photoshoots, videos, and creatives.
  4. Capture and edit patient testimonials, doctor interactions, and event videos using a mobile phone or DSLR.
  5. Update and manage website content through WordPress including pages for doctors, services, and events.
  6. Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles for all branches.
  7. Gather and post patient testimonials and reviews to strengthen online reputation.
  8. Track and analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, leads) and share performance reports.
  9. Assist in running and monitoring paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  10. Respond to online messages, comments, and reviews promptly and professionally.
  11. Maintain brand consistency across all visual and written content.
  12. Collaborate with clinical and marketing teams for health awareness initiatives and outreach events.
  13. Keep track of emerging digital marketing trends and tools relevant to healthcare.
  14. Present monthly digital performance reports with key insights and action points.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in social media or digital marketing.
  • Basic video editing and design skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Interest in healthcare and patient engagement.
