Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant / Executive to support our corporate marketing initiatives in the luxury travel sector. This role requires strong digital expertise, creativity, and the ability to coordinate effectively with both internal teams and external agencies. Working closely with the COO, you will ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns, consistent brand messaging, and measurable impact across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital & Social Media Management

Manage activities across Meta (Facebook), Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business API (WABA).

Coordinate with the digital marketing agency on paid campaigns, content calendars, and performance tracking.

Monitor analytics and optimize strategies for engagement, lead generation, and conversions.

2. Content & Creative Support

Assist in developing and scheduling social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and marketing creatives.

Ensure all messaging reflects the brand's tone, values, and premium positioning.

Work with designers, content creators, and agencies for timely deliverables.

3. Internal Coordination

Liaise with Sales, Product, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to gather inputs for campaigns.

Share updates, campaign progress, and performance highlights with the COO on a daily basis.

4. Campaign & Lead Generation

Support planning and execution of brand awareness and lead generation campaigns.

Track leads, inquiries, and campaign performance using CRM tools.

Assist with client engagement activities, contests, and digital promotions.

5. Reporting & Analysis

Prepare performance reports and dashboards for digital campaigns.

Conduct competitor benchmarking and suggest improvements based on data and market trends.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).

13 years of experience in digital marketing (luxury, hospitality, or travel industry preferred).

Strong knowledge of digital tools, paid campaigns, and analytics.

Experience coordinating with agencies and small teams.

Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Creative flair with an eye for design and luxury storytelling.

Highly organized, with strong accountability and ownership of tasks.
