About the Role:
We're seeking a data-savvy Digital Marketing Associate to manage performance marketing across Meta and Google. You'll work closely with product catalogs, real-time dashboards, and analytics to drive measurable results in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube).
- Manage and troubleshoot Google Merchant Center feeds and Facebook Product Catalogs
- Build and maintain dashboards (Looker Studio, GA4, Meta Ads Manager) to track ROAS, CAC, AOV, funnel drop-offs
- Analyze campaign performance, customer journeys, and product-level insights to inform strategy
- Coordinate with Shopify team to ensure feed accuracy, landing page performance, and event tracking
- Create, maintain, and automate Excel/Google Sheets reports to track performance across ad sets, audiences, creatives, and geographies
- Ensure proper tagging, attribution (UTM parameters), and event setup (via GA4 and Meta Pixel)
- Collaborate with design and content teams to test and scale high-performing creatives
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in performance marketing for e-commerce
- Deep understanding of Excel formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and automation for reporting
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data
- Hands-on experience with Google Merchant Center, Meta Catalog, and Shopify
- Familiarity with Looker Studio, Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-driven
