Job Description

Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary Range: 4.50 LPA to 6.00 LPA (Basis Experience and Interview)

Key Responsibilities:

We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing professional who can drive campaigns and create compelling digital media. You'll run SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), PPC, social, email, and ABM campaigns, while also guiding or creating visuals, banners, landing pages, and videos.

Digital Marketing & Performance:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels.
  • Manage SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical SEO) and improve organic search visibility.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, nurture workflows, and CRM-based automation.
  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, CRM dashboards, and other reporting tools.

Content & Media Creation:

  • Create or supervise the creation of digital assets: social media posts, ads, email creatives, banners, landing pages, and product visuals.
  • Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure high-quality visuals and videos aligned with marketing campaigns.
  • Support product launches, GTM campaigns, and feature updates with creative assets.

Strategy & Collaboration:

  • Contribute to brand marketing, messaging, and positioning across digital channels.
  • Work with sales and product teams to support account-based marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and campaign testing to improve performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA/Engineering).
  • 25 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (SEO, GEO, PPC, social, email).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, PPC, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.), and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in design/creative tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite; basic video editing skills are a plus.
  • Understanding of funnels, attribution, customer journeys, and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
