Job Description

KO 360 is a storytelling-led digital marketing agency based in Toronto, Canada. We work with founders, small businesses, professionals, and community-focused brands through video-first content, social media strategy, and digital campaigns.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator to support our client work and internal brand building.

This is a coordination, content, and execution-focused role. It is best suited for someone who can write well, stay organized, understand social media content, and take ownership of assigned work.

Role and responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the KO 360 team to manage content timelines and ensure timely delivery.
  • Support day-to-day social media management for client accounts and internal brands.
  • Assist in converting client goals, brand ideas, and campaign needs into clear content briefs.
  • Write platform-specific content, including captions, short video scripts, hooks, reel titles, and other digital copy.
  • Assist with basic Meta Ads coordination, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Grok for research, ideation, scripting, and workflow support.
  • Provide basic video editing support using at least one editing tool such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or a similar platform.
  • Support Canva-based design work for simple digital assets when required.
  • Maintain content calendars, project trackers, client folders, and digital asset repositories.
  • Support posting and content distribution across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Communicate clearly with the Canada-based team and help ensure client work moves forward on time.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in digital marketing, communications, journalism, content creation, or social media management.
  • Strong proficiency in both Tamil and English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Good writing skills with clear editorial judgement.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms, short-form content, hooks, captions, and audience behaviour.
  • Basic hands-on video editing experience using at least one tool such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or a similar platform.
  • A strong sense of short-form video storytelling, including hooks, pacing, captions, visual flow, and viewer retention.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow timelines, and communicate clearly.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for research, content ideas, scripting, and workflow support.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, take feedback, and work with a growing founder-led agency.
  • Relevant work samples or portfolio are required.
  • A minimum professional commitment of 12 months is expected.

Compensation and work arrangement

This is a Tamil Nadu-based role supporting a Canada-based founder-led digital marketing agency.

Compensation will be discussed with shortlisted candidates based on experience, skill level, portfolio, role fit, and work arrangement.

This role is suited for someone looking for real client exposure, hands-on learning, and long-term growth with a small but growing team.
