As a Social Media & Content Specialist at SSC, you will play a key role in shaping and executing impactful digital strategies for clients across the UK and Europe. This role involves managing social media platforms,optimizingcontent for SEO, and contributing to creative campaigns that strengthen brand presence. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven, engaging content while supporting website and marketing initiatives.
1.Social Media Management:
- Develop and managesocial media Calendars(SMCs).
- Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms.
- Schedule and post content consistently across all social media platforms.
- Monitor, track, and report on social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies.
2.SEO and Content Optimisation:
- Implement SEO best practices in social media content to improve visibility and engagement.
- Conduct keyword research tooptimiseposts for search engines.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure alignment between SEO strategies and social media efforts.
- Regularly update website content tomaintainSEO standards.
3.Market Research:
- Perform comprehensive competitor analysis to guide social media strategies.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging social media tools, and SEO developments.
- Support in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to the development of articles, blog posts, and other marketing materials.
4.Creative Campaign Development:
- Brainstorm and conceptualize innovative social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team toidentifynew opportunities for client engagement.
5.Website Support:
- Assistin the development, updating, and maintenance of client websites.
- Ensure web content isoptimisedfor both social media and SEO.
6.Team Collaboration:
- Provide day-to-day support to the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuousimprovement.
