Job Summary
Avana Medical Devices Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute digital marketing activities, enhance brand visibility, and support lead generation initiatives across digital platforms in the healthcare and medical devices space.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms
- Handle day-to-day management of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, videos, creatives)
- Plan and run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Coordinate with design, sales, and product teams for campaign execution
- Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports
- Support website updates, SEO activities, and landing page optimization
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with healthcare communication standards
- Stay updated on digital trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing & social media management
- Experience in paid marketing and campaign optimization
- Content creation, copywriting, and creative coordination skills
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
- Basic understanding of SEO/SEM and email marketing
- Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience in medical devices / healthcare / pharma industry added advantage
- Creative mindset with analytical thinking
