Role Overview
We are seeking a marketing professional with experience in social media management, content creation, event marketing, and marketing automation within the IT industry. The ideal candidate understands B2B tech audiences, can translate product/solution capabilities into compelling content, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns with automation workflows to support lead generation and sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Plan and manage social media calendars across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram.
- Create engaging content (posts, videos, creatives) tailored for IT audiences.
- Monitor social analytics, optimize engagement, and report performance metrics.
- Track industry trends, competitors, and thought leadership topics in IT.
Content Marketing
- Write blogs, case studies, website content, landing pages, newsletters, and press releases.
- Collaborate with design teams for marketing creatives, infographics, and short videos.
- Ensure all content aligns with product messaging, brand guidelines, and SEO standards.
- Support internal content for sales decks, capability statements, and product sheets.
Event & Webinar Marketing
- Plan and coordinate webinars, tech events, conferences, product demos, and partner events.
- Manage registrations, promotional campaigns, event communication, and logistics.
- Coordinate with sales, product, and external vendors for smooth execution.
- Handle post-event reporting, lead nurturing workflows, and follow-up communication.
Marketing Automation & CRM
- Execute email campaigns, drip sequences, and nurturing workflows via marketing automation tools.
- Segment contact lists, score leads, and support MQL $B*(B SQL conversions.
- Maintain CRM data hygiene and sync between marketing & sales pipelines.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements based on KPIs.
Required Skills & Experience
- Industry: Experience in Tech ecosystem.
- Automation: Hands-on with tools such as:
- HubSpot, Zoho Marketing Automation, Pardot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Active Campaign, or similar.
- CRM: Exposure to Zoho CRM or similar.
- Content: Strong writing & storytelling skills for technical and business audiences.
- Digital Channels: Familiarity with SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, and social analytics.
- Events: Experience in planning, promoting, and executing webinars or trade events.
- Tools Knowledge:
- Canva / Figma / Adobe Suite (creatives)
- Google Analytics, Search Console (analytics)
- CMS platforms like WordPress / Webflow (preferred)
- Ability to collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams.
