About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads. This role requires someone who is data-driven, creative, and passionate about delivering measurable marketing results.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management:

• Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximise ROI and conversions.
• Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to improve campaign effectiveness.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Use Google Analytics and other tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
• Provide actionable insights to improve campaign results and achieve business objectives.

Strategy & Collaboration:

• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with overall business goals and branding guidelines.
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices for digital advertising.

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong understanding of Campaign Management and data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of Bidding Strategies, CPC, CPM, CPA optimisation and A/B testing.
• Basic understanding of SEO and other digital channels is a plus.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, and LinkedIn Ads are a plus.
• Bonus: Experience with tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, or SEMrush.
