Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will assist in executing campaigns, managing social media, optimizing website content, and driving online engagement to help grow brand visibility and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, SEO, SEM, and paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

• Create, curate, and publish engaging content for LinkedIn, website, blogs, emailers, and marketing collateral in coordination with internal teams.

• Create daily reels for both client projects and in-house branding initiatives.

• Manage daily operations of social media platforms including posting, scheduling, responding to comments/messages, attending client calls and tracking engagement.

• Optimize website content for SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking.

• Assist in creating marketing creatives (basic banners, posts, presentations) using tools like Canva or similar platforms.

• Track campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights, etc.) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

• Support employer branding initiatives such as job posts, recruitment campaigns, and company announcements.

• Assist in organizing webinars, virtual events, and promotional activities.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform changes.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter).

• Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite).

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of paid advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads).

• Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and caption writing, basic knowledge of video shooting (angles, framing, lighting) with a creative mindset.

• Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms.

• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and digital marketing best practices.

• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and Meta Insights.

• Ability to create and manage content calendars effectively.

• Strong communication and coordination skills to work cross-functionally with HR, design, and leadership teams.
