Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Content and Ideation Manager. The Content and Ideation Manager will oversee content creation, including crafting compelling copy and developing innovative ideas for marketing campaigns. They will collaborate with teams, analyze market trends, and align marketing efforts to client goals. Additional responsibilities include managing content strategies, ensuring brand consistency across platforms, and leading brainstorming sessions to generate impactful campaign concepts.

• Experience in developing Content Strategies and aligning campaigns to overall brand goals
• Proficiency in analyzing market trends and implementing data-driven decision-making

• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and project management capabilities
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with AI, AR, and emerging marketing technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Prior work experience in the marketing or advertising industry preferred
