Digital Marketing Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, a passion for optimising performance, and a knack for data analysis, this role is for you!

The charter for this role will include :

• Creating, managing, and optimising Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
• Monitoring campaign performance, analysing data, and adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
• Conducting A/B testing for ads and landing pages to improve campaign results
• Collaborating with the creative and content teams to ensure ads align with brand messaging and goals.
• Utilising tools like Google Sheets/Excel to manage data and provide insights on campaign performance

Ideal Persona would:

• Have a bachelor's degree in any field from a reputed university.
• Bring 1-2 years of hands-on experience in managing paid media campaigns, particularly one Google Ads and Facebook Ads, with a monthly budget of 10 Lakhs or mor
• Be proficient in using Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP).
• Leverage AI tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, and Perplexity to enhance ad strategies and creative direction
• Possess strong problem-solving skills to address campaign challenges and improve execution
• Have a solid understanding of SEO.
