The Opportunity

Are you passionate about digital marketing and eager to build a strong foundation in the IT services industry We're looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst (L1/L2) who is enthusiastic about learning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns.

Your Mission, Your Impact

• Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing channels.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and support on-page and off-page SEO activities.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and generate actionable insights.
• Support content creation initiatives including blogs, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Manage and update social media platforms while ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, and development) to execute marketing initiatives.
• Track and report on key metrics (traffic, engagement, leads, conversions) to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

We're Searching for Someone With

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within IT services or a B2B environment.
• Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, MailChimp, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of website structure, CMS (like WordPress), or HTML is a plus.
