Roles & Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions, and revenue growth.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid management, and budget allocation.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and campaign strategies.
  • Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics (GA4) and other reporting tools to derive actionable insights.
  • Implement and evaluate A/B tests for ads, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present insights, recommendations, and growth opportunities.
  • Identify and execute new growth initiatives to improve campaign performance and business outcomes.
  • Ensure timely execution of campaigns while maintaining high quality and accuracy across all deliverables.
  • Contribute to strategic marketing decisions beyond platform-level optimizations.

Requirements
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, digital advertising, and paid media best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions that align marketing performance with broader business goals.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to test, learn, and implement new ideas to drive business growth.
  • Strong understanding of creative strategy and what drives performance on Google and Meta platforms.
  • Ability to provide data-backed recommendations on creatives, messaging, audience targeting, and campaign structure.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Any graduate with 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
  • Proven experience managing and scaling campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strong understanding of Web Analytics, A/B Testing, attribution models, and metrics-driven marketing.
  • Strong analytical ability with a data-first approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to think creatively, identify opportunities, and solve business challenges.
  • Attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple campaigns in a deadline-driven environment.
  • High levels of integrity, ownership, autonomy, and self-motivation.
  • Experience working in an agency or high-growth business environment will be an added advantage.
