Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and confident Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales or business development and be comfortable handling client outreach, business conversations, and revenue discussions.
Since we are an IT company, the candidate should have a basic understanding of IT services such as websites, software, or digital solutions to effectively communicate with clients and identify potential project opportunities.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys interacting with businesses, initiating conversations, and actively participating in the sales process rather than only supporting it.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients through business outreach and lead generation
Conduct cold calling and maintain regular follow-ups with prospects
Communicate with clients in both English and Hindi
Present company services and clearly explain the value proposition
Assist in early-stage negotiations and support deal closures
Maintain lead records and track client conversations
Collaborate with the team to support overall sales and business development activities
Requirements
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales or Business Development
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Comfortable with cold outreach and client communication
Ability to build relationships and handle discussions with potential clients and partners
Basic knowledge or understanding of IT services such as website development, software solutions, or digital products will be preferred
Basic understanding of sales processes and client management
