- Develop & implement comprehensive training programs tailored to various roles & levels within organisation
- Collaborate with vendors and subject matter experts to develop engaging and relevant curriculum content for training programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards & learner needs.
- Continuously update training content to reflect emerging trends and technologies
- Oversee the implementation of learning technologies and platforms to enhance the digital learning experience for participants.
Training effectiveness monitoring
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through learner feedback, assessments, or performance metrics like adoption of technology, number of projects executed, etc.
Culture Building & Continuous learning
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation to stay up-to-date with latest or emerging technology
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, institutions, and employers to enhance the reach and impact of the Digital Academy.
- Stay current on emerging trends and best practices in digital education and technology to inform program development and innovation.
