Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Digital Advertising Specialist to join our Digital Agency. This pivotal role involves leading the strategy, account management, and execution of comprehensive digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. You will be instrumental in consulting with clients, optimizing campaign performance, and identifying new opportunities to drive significant ROI and business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Account Management: Develop and implement robust ad strategies for all clients and campaigns. This includes consulting with clients to determine strategies and budgets, ensuring their needs are met, and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Ad Platform Execution: Oversee the execution of all digital ads across a diverse range of platforms, including Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and various Third-party Ad networks & platforms.
  • Research & Development (R&D): Conduct continuous R&D on new and emerging advertising opportunities for both existing clients and potential leads, ensuring we remain at the forefront of digital advertising.
  • Information Gathering & Decision Support: Gather and organize critical information to facilitate informed decision-making regarding media placement, campaign length, featured products and services, and technical details.
  • Client Communication & Reporting: Maintain close communication with clients, answering questions, clearly explaining strategies, and providing regular status updates. Obtain client approval on projects and effectively communicate client feedback to the creative, servicing, and social teams.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor and evaluate the performance of all advertising campaigns to ensure client success and determine the return on investment (ROI). Provide progress reports and analytical insights.
  • Business Growth & Recommendations: Proactively identify and recommend new opportunities and services to increase business for both clients and the agency.
  • Budgeting & Scheduling: Prepare advertising budgets, establish campaign calendars, and develop project schedules. Provide fortnightly/monthly reports detailing campaign progress and performance.
  • Collaboration & Revision: Meet with respective internal teams during strategy sessions, and recommend revisions to campaigns according to client needs and preferences.
  • Campaign Lifecycle Management: Analyze, plan, implement, and continuously monitor advertising campaigns for optimal performance.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in managing international paid search campaigns.
  • Self-learner with a passion for digital advertising.
  • Strong understanding of performance advertising, conversion metrics, and online customer acquisition strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively within a marketing team and other departments.
  • Savvy with social media monetization strategies and approaches to market on Google+, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, & LinkedIn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in customer segmentation and targeting techniques.
  • Passion for analyzing products, customers, and market dynamics.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a strong aptitude for determining optimal positioning and growth strategies for product market adoption.
