Job Description

Experience:

• 15-20 years of relevant experience in large-scale civil projects (industrial, plant, infra).
• Minimum 5-7 years in a leadership/departmental head role.
• Proven experience in project execution, contract management, and site development.

Technical Competencies:

• Expertise in civil & structural design, RCC & steel structures.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, safety norms.
• Proficiency in project planning tools (Primavera/MS Project/AutoCAD).
• Familiar with tendering, vendor management, and cost estimation.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance, environmental norms, and local regulations.
