Responsible for implementation and support of SAP PPDS along with SAP PP, QM, and PM modules across multiple manufacturing locations. The role involves ensuring seamless business operations, driving system improvements, and acting as a bridge between business users and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
SAP Implementation & Support
- Lead SAP PPDS implementation across all manufacturing locations
- Provide SAP PP, QM, and PM support to ensure smooth business transactions
- Analyze issues and provide timely resolution within defined timelines
Business & IT Coordination
- Act as a bridge between business users and IT technical teams
- Provide functional guidance and inputs for system enhancements
Configuration & Enhancements
- Perform customization and configuration changes as per business requirements
- Support SAP implementation/rollouts for group companies
- Provide inputs for report modification, enhancement, and new development
Training & User Support
- Conduct end-user training sessions across locations
- Minimize support tickets by improving user capability and system understanding
Governance & Compliance
- Implement system changes based on audit recommendations
- Ensure improved system controls and compliance adherence
Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in SAP PPDS (Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling)
- Hands-on experience in SAP PP, QM, and PM modules
- Working knowledge of SAP Fiori applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Experience & Qualification
- 6–10 years of SAP experience
- Proven experience in SAP implementation and support projects
- Experience in manufacturing domain preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / IT or related field
