Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP / CRM / BTP Consultant with 10+ years of expertise in technical development, customer relationship management, and cloud platform solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating SAP applications while supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development and implementation using SAP ABAP, CRM, and BTP
• Design, develop, and enhance ABAP programs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)
• Work on SAP CRM processes including sales, service, and marketing functionalities
• Develop and deploy applications on SAP BTP (Integration Suite, Extension Suite)
• Build and manage APIs, integrations, and workflows across SAP and non-SAP systems
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
• Perform system testing, debugging, and performance optimization
• Support data migration, upgrades, and S/4HANA transitions
• Provide production support and resolve complex technical issues
• Prepare technical documentation and support user training

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of SAP experience with strong ABAP development expertise
• Hands-on experience in SAP CRM and SAP BTP
• Strong knowledge of:
• ABAP (RICEFW objects, OOPs, Enhancements, BADIs, User Exits)
• SAP CRM architecture and processes
• SAP BTP services (Integration Suite, APIs, Fiori/UI5 exposure is a plus)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and OData services
• Strong integration experience with SAP and third-party systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
