DevOps Lead to drive our infrastructure and automation strategy. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of CI/CD pipelines
- Architect and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
- Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform / CloudFormation
- Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and performance of systems
- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers
- Collaborate with development, security, and architecture teams
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
- Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
- Enforce DevOps best practices, automation, and cost optimization
- Participate in RCA, incident management, and continuous improvement
Required Skills & Experience
- 810 years of hands-on experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering
- Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, EKS, S3, RDS, etc.)
- Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes
- Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python, or similar)
- Experience with Terraform / CloudFormation
- Good understanding of Linux, networking, and security best practices
- Experience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
- Leadership experience managing or guiding teams
Good to Have
- AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer)
- Experience in public sector or enterprise-scale environments
- Exposure to DevSecOps practices
- Cost optimization and FinOps experience
