Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Network Automation Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprisescale network automation and infrastructure transformation initiatives This role requires deep expertise in network architecture SDWAN data center networking APIdriven automation and endtoend platform integration The ideal candidate will define automation strategy architect scalable solutions and drive modernization across network and security domains

Key Responsibilities

Architecture Strategy

Define enterprisewide Network Automation Strategy and Roadmap

Design scalable reusable automation frameworks using Python and Ansible

Architect APIfirst automation ecosystems across network security and infrastructure platforms

Establish InfrastructureasCode standards governance and best practices

Drive transition from manual operations to fully automated infrastructure

Enterprise Networking

Architect enterprise networking solutions across Cisco routers switches and SDWAN vManage platforms

Design secure and scalable network architectures including policy based routing and segmentation models

Lead SDWAN transformation and migration initiatives

Design and optimize Data Center network architectures including SpineLeaf topology and VXLAN overlays

Architect high availability redundancy and scalable infrastructure designs

Integrate and automate Load Balancers for L4L7 traffic management

Architect and automate DDI platforms DNS DHCP IPAM for enterprise network services

Define automation standards for data center provisioning configuration management and lifecycle operations

Automation Platform Integration

Lead development of REST API integrations and automation workflows

Design Zero Touch Provisioning ZTP and automated device onboarding frameworks

Integrate network platforms with ITSM tools monitoring systems and CICD pipelines

Implement SQLbacked automation data repositories for state tracking and reporting

Utilize telemetry and analytics for network performance insights and predictive operations

Leadership Governance

Mentor network automation engineers and infrastructure teams

Conduct architecture reviews and technical governance

Define configuration compliance and drift management strategies

Lead Root Cause Analysis RCA for complex enterprise incidents

Required Skills Expertise

10 years of experience in Enterprise Networking and Infrastructure

Advanced proficiency in Python for automation

Expertlevel knowledge of Ansible and Infrastructure as Code

Deep experience with Cisco networking and SDWAN vManage

Strong expertise in Data Center networking architectures

Proven experience with APIdriven automation

Experience integrating Load Balancers Firewalls and DDI platforms

Working knowledge of SQL databases

Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CICD integration

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in largescale network transformation programs

Exposure to cloud networking AWS Azure GCP

Knowledge of container networking and hybrid architectures

Cisco DevNet Automation related certifications

Experience working with global enterprise infrastructure environments
