Job Description
Must be graduation.
For DM at least 2+ yrs. of field sales experience. Industries can be tapped(Telecom, Life insurance, Retail, Pharma, Hospitality, Automobiles, Real Estate)
For DM, candidates must have Life Insurance /BFSI experience.
Must be localite
Age between 25 years to 45 years
Must have two wheeler
Recruit Advisors/Agents/Financial Partners form own reference or through activities.
Provide training on customer handling, sales pitch on product.
Develop advisors/Financial partners for their promotions.
Groom advisors/Financial partners on their personality.
Provide leadership and management training to financial Partners.
Maintaining team productivity and achieving team, individual targets.
Educating the prospect on our and competition products.
Joint fieldwork and marketing activities with advisors/agents/HPs/JSO.
loction- Allahabad , Gorakhpur , Kanpur , Lucknow , Varanasi , Agra , Muzaffarpur , Patna .
