What You Can Expect

Leads multiple sustaining teams or portfolios, drives centralization and global process harmonization. Provides functional leadership for global sustaining engineering strategies and process improvements.

Work Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days in office)

  • Ensures proactive lifecycle management and risk mitigation
  • Coaches managers and senior engineers
  • Partners with business leaders on resource and strategic alignment
  • Tracks organization-level KPIs and drives continuous improvement

Your Background

Minimum

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 7 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 9 years of relevant experience

Preferred

  • Supervisor experience
  • Minimum B.S. degree in Engineering
  • 7+ years of experience in Medical Device and sustaining required with a preference for previous Orthopedic experience

Travel Expectations

Up to 10%
