Job Description

Purpose of the Job/Job Overview: To establish business processes and systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Accountabilities/Duties & Responsibilities:

Driving the Business Excellence Roadmaps (Digitization)
Establishing working systems and a culture of continual improvement within the company
Monitoring and reporting on the Performance Management System
Digitizing processes using PLM, GPM, ERP, etc.

Essential Qualifications and Specific Skills/Competencies Required:

Education Level: BE Mechanical / MBA / MS in Quality Management
Experience: 10 years+Internal auditor for ISO 9001 / 14001 management system
Six Sigma Green Belt certification (preferred)
Automotive industry experience (preferred)

Key Skills:

ISO 9001 Internal Auditor
7QC Tools, Six Sigma
TPM / TQM / Lean Management
IATF 16949 / Core tools of quality
